King’s Kids Thailand was started in 1999 by people who had a heart to minister to Thai children, youth, and families by helping them grow deeper in relationship with God as well as seeing them bring joy to His heart. Through our programs and activities we have seen many lives changed. Some individuals have become leaders of ministries and in churches.
We believe God’s desire is for all young people to discover their destiny and fulfill their potential in Him - to have a hope and a future. God’s heart's desire is to release young people of all nations to go to the ends of the earth to make a difference.
"He called a child, whom he put among them, and said, "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the Kingdom of heaven. Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven. Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me." Matthew 18:2-5
"So it is not the will of your Father in heaven that one of these little ones should be lost". Matthew 18:14.
To lead children, youth and families worldwide into a proven knowledge of God, bring Him joy and together make Him known to all peoples.
GoalsPhase One - Mobilize: Camps and outreaches mobilize Christian, young people, giving them opportunities to share their faith with others and participate in extending the Kingdom of God.
Phase Two - Disciple: Year round discipleship programs help young people and families strengthen their relationship with God and live in a way that brings joy to His heart.
Phase Three - Reach: A variety of clubs, youth activity centres and streetside church programs share the love of God with children and teens who have little or no contact with a Christian witness.
Phase Four - Care: KKI mercy ministries around the world are involved in practically serving the needs of young people such as street kids, orphans, children with Aids, child soldiers and teen prostitutes.
GO Camp is a short-term training and outreach activity with the King's Kids ministry, aimed at young people desiring to grow in knowing God and learn to share their faith with others. This camp takes three to seven days for children and young people of all ages. Day camp is a possibility, in which participants come during the day and go home at night. Typical summer camp is also an option, where the participants stay in a central location.
Boot Camp is a five to ten day training camp before an outreach of varying length, usually done during longer vacations, for children and young people from 10 to 19 years old.
NIKO is an outdoor wilderness experience designed to challenge young people physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. The program brings them into a deeper relationship with God while developing leadership potential.
