Ministry:Leadership Development Course (LDC)
Location:To be hosted in Chaing Rai, Northern Thailand
Dates:September 21 - October 30, 2009
Description:We will be running a six-week Leadership Development Course for YWAM leaders who serve in SE Asia. Many of them will be coming with their families, and we are looking for volunteers who would be willing to help with childcare during LDC activity times over the course of these six weeks to release both parents to fully participate in all LDC activities. We anticipate the ages of the children requiring supervision will range from 1 to 13 years old.

Other:We have the cafe, the coffee machine and the people to buy coffee. We just need someone to serve in the cafe. We have a professional barrister to train anyone who wants to come. You'll have great freedom to personalize the cafe and grow in many skills and character.

Other:We have a system in place and someone to train anyone to use that system. If you know accounting well and would like to adapt your own system to our situation we are open to that too. Come and use your giftings, and/or learn some new skills, in the YWAM family at the Chiang Rai base. We are open to have non-YWAMers coming and serving in this capacity as long as they are Christians.

Other:We have someone who is leaving very soon who can train anyone to take over the position that he has. Previous experience in electronics and IT is very helpful, but definitely not needed. If someone knows how to design webpages then we would love to have them establish a good webpage for us.
