The School of Worship ministry is a multi-faceted worship and training ministry for the Thai people that includes the following:

The school of worship ministry currently equips people who are called to ministry in music through short seminars, conferences and courses that teach valuable skills, impart biblical understanding and encourage their hearts and passion for worship. Some of the main things we focus on include “redeeming the culture,” “songwriting,” “what is worship” and “why we worship.” We feel worship is a vital aspect of our Christian lives, and we hope to bring people to a strong worship-filled relationship with Jesus.
Please contact us if you are interested in having Paul and Yam hold a training seminar at your church.
Staff needs: We are looking for staff (foreign or Thai) who are able to lead the 5-month School of Worship YWAM University of the Nations course in Bangkok, Thailand. Requirements: YWAM school leaders must have successfully completed a DTS and outreach, as well as the School of Worship and outreach, and have been on staff of the School of Worship for at least one course. Please contact us for details.

We lead worship for outdoor and indoor events around Thailand, whether it’s for evangelism, revival, or conferences/seminars or concerts. One of our purposes is to lead the Thai people in anointed worship in their own language using songs that were originally written by Thai people. We’ve found that the sounds and voice of the Thai culture are very effective for speaking to the heart of the Thai people and drawing them closer to God in worship.
We are looking for committed and talented musicians (especially drummers), Thai singers and songwriters who have a heart for the Thai church.

We have our own recording studio (Buzz Studio) where we record and distribute original Thai Christian music. Our purpose is to offer original, anointed Thai worship music and inspiring Christian music for the Thai people. We also partner in recording projects with local songwriters, artists, worship leaders and bands. Along with this, we partner with Final Hour! Music to market and distribute our media to Thai bookstores throughout Thailand, as well as Catapult Digital Distribution to make Thai Christian music available online worldwide (please see www.finalhour.info and www.whitelotusworshipmusic.com for details). Since 2008, we have distributed over 8,000 original Thai Christian CD’s to the Thai church, and over 20,000 Christian albums in all since 2002.
We need:
Qualified audio engineers, producers, recording musicians and administrators (preferably
Thai speaking) who are able to commit long-term or part-time.
A part-time volunteer administrator who can speak Thai and enjoys strategizing and contacting clients, has a background in marketing, someone who is able to research, organize and implement strategic, effective ways to reach the Thai people through music and media, who must be able to travel to all parts of Thailand and be highly motivated!
A part-time (project by project) audio engineer or assistant with a good ear and background in audio production, who has experience working with the Steinberg Nuendo DAW (or is adept at any DAW and able to quickly learn our in-studio DAW) and understands audio engineering aspects for a recording studio (tracking, mic placement, isolation techniques, audio editing, etc.). It’s also preferred that they have experience with sound reinforcement for indoor and outdoor venues.
