March 2008 Update
Greetings from Krabi, God’s beautiful creation. The hot season is coming and the fire of God is still moving here as well. We have great news to share with you today. Last week we had 9 people accept Christ into their lives, and commit them-
selves to come to Church and serve in the Church. Praise the Lord! We are thankful for your prayers, and we believe that God will bring more people in this village to know Him and accept Christ.
Bible Study
Now we have more Bible studies for Church members and a special class for new Believers. We also have cell group every Wednesday night at my house. The schools are off now for summer break. All the Children like to hang out at our Church, so we provided Bible study for the kids and some activities. They were so happy and love doing that because they are hungry and thirsty for God. I could see joy through their smiles and laughs. I was so excited when they asked me “Can we study bible everyday?” I believe now is the proper time that we will reap a harvest because the rice in the felids are ready and ripe.
(Gal.6:9, Jn. 4:35) Family Christian Camp March 18-20, 2008
We will have family Christian camp for everyone (about 60-70 people including the children) who lives in the poor community near our church, and most of them are non Christians. We will join this camp with World Vision staff. The purpose of this camp is that we want to see people in this community have good relationships within their family, and also to take this time to share the gospel and make them
know more about God’s love through all the activities that we are preparing for them. This camp will be on March 18-20, 2008 at the Khao Prasumain Park, Nakhon Si Thammarat.
It’s about 1 hour from our Church. We will rent the bus and take everybody to the park and spend time there together. During the camp we will have lots of activities that they will do together as a family. We really need your prayers and we believe that God will do great things through this camp and bring His people back to His
kingdom. We are so excited for it. Please pray for the protection from
God and especially for the spiritual warfare.
We need your help!
As you know we have a Bible study class and now we have people who are really interested and devoted to study every week until the end (about 10 people). We have “The Will of God“ Lesson and whoever finishes and attends every week, they will get a Thai Bible (the Old and New Testament) as the reward. So this deal will be the motivation for them. If you would like to bless them you can purchase a Thai Bible for them ($30/Bible).
You can make a difference and investment in these beautiful children and
their lives.
Finally, I would like to thank you for supporting me and YWAM Krabi by your prayers, financial support, and helping in ministry. You are such a huge blessing for me and always encourage me and YWAM Krabi. May God bless you and strengthen you always. May love, peace and joy in our Lord, Jesus Christ always be with you and your family…Amen.
I would like to hear from you.
Blessings,
Radt
