Discipleship Training School
YWAM-DTS in Khon Kaen
While the main focus of YWAM Khon Kaen is evangelism and discipleship
on university campuses, part of this involves training as well.
This is the main thrust behind offering two distinct Discipleship
Training Schools for Thais in Khon Kaen province.
Khon
Kaen is located in the heart of Isaan region in the northeast of
Thailand, near the border of Laos. In the future we hope to also
minister to the northeastern part of Thailand which has some very
spiritual and physically needy areas.
UDTS (University Discipleship Training
School)
The University DTS in Khon Kaen is a unique 9 month training program
designed specifically for university students and runs in conjunction
with the Thai university calendar year. UDTS lecture phase starts
from the second week of March until May, then the school goes into
recess for 4 months while the students return to their university
studies.

During
this time they remain within the UDTS guidelines and YWAM environment
until the university year ends in October. Following this they go
on a one month outreach to Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, China and ofcourse
Thailand.
NEW - DTS (Discipleship Training School)
Our DTS and the graduation finished on July 8. We're joyful that
all of students offer their life to serve God. Next year, we will
start DTS at Khonkaen again.Thank you for your prayer to our school.
The Khon Kaen DTS is part of the University of the Nations
