Located right next door to our YWAM Thailand National Office, our newest housing complex comes equipped with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible! We have several types of rooms available.
Dorm Rooms – These rooms come equipped with air conditioners, bunk beds, and WIFI internet access while the bathrooms are western style with hot showers. The suggested charge is 200 baht per person, per night.
Private Room – The private room is perfect for visiting speakers, leaders, couples etc and comes equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, writing desk, WIFI internet access etc. The private room costs 400 baht per night.
Prices listed are for adults (16 years old and up). Children between the ages of infant – 10 years old stay for free and 11 years old – 15 years old pay 100 baht per night. If you are a traveling by yourself (not with a team) and desire to stay at the NRTC, you will most likely be put into a private room (see cost above). If you do not wish to be put into a private room, please specify so prior to your arrival.

Airport Pickup
Please send us your complete flight itinerary and we will be more than happy to arrange a smooth airport pickup for you from the airport.
Individual – The cost of the taxi is 400 baht. The 400 baht cost is for the taxi driver coming to the airport, tolls, parking fee, waiting, and then driving you to your housing option.
Team – For teams that consist of 10 people and under then we use a specialized (covered- non air conditioned) pick up truck to take you and your team (including luggage) back to the base. The cost for this service is 800 baht.
Final Details
Please know that we are more than happy to provide you with airport pickup service and housing at the NRTC. However, we are not able to make reservations for you at local hotels, reserve/purchase airline, bus or train tickets, or provide assistance with tours etc. Thank you for your understanding.
Rules and Guidelines
When staying at either the NRTC or BJD you must refrain from illegal drug use, smoking, alcohol consumption and sexual contact (if not married). Failure to follow these guidelines will result in you being asked to leave.

Lighthouse Guesthouse is located only a few blocks from the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. There are a total of 10 rooms with 8 rooms currently furnished and ready for your arrival! Each of the rooms are equipped with Western style bathrooms, hot showers and wireless internet access. Laundry service, tour packages, breakfast and transportation are all available upon request as well.
Air Conditioned Room – 500-550 baht per room, per night.
Fan Room – 300-350 baht per room, per night.
Extra Mattress - 100 baht per person, per room, per night.
