Mission Statement

Youth With A Mission Thailand is committed to communicating the Gospel and making disciples of Christ among Thailand's unreached peoples and those of surrounding nations through training, evangelism, church planting, mercy ministries and partnership with local churches and other Christian organizations.

Our mission is to:

  • Increase the awareness of missions among Thai Christians.
  • Provide short and long term missionary opportunities and training.
  • Mobilize and train Thai missionaries.
  • Increase the number of church planting teams among unreached people groups.
  • Increase the number of ministry teams working with the poor and the needy.
  • While increasing the percentage of Thai staff and leadership.

1. Is your location interested in hosting outreach teams?
Yes, but only for a short time and at certain periods of the year.

2. What time of the year is best for hosting teams?
 Late March to mid April for around 2 weeks. (School break here in Thailand) Plus mid-October for around 1 week.

3. What would be the best size of team? Maximum size number?
Best size would be around 10 people.

4. What kinds of ministry can a team expect to be involved at your location?
We love having teams come and do things with the kids during their school break. In the past we have set up English camps but it doesn't have to include English. The kids love doing activities like sports, games, outings, arts/crafts, watching movies as well as learning English. Teams have also been involved doing bible studies, doing worship and helping around the house.

5. Is there any other info we need to know?
We do like having teams come for a visit if they are in the area for times of games, activities and sharing. They can do their dramas, dances or songs etc. As well, if a team wanted to help with work projects and have resources to help, we would love to talk with them about how that can happen.
