Is your location interested in hosting outreach teams?
Yes we regularly host teams all year long. Outreach teams are a big blessing and help in our ministry. At least 50-60% of our students living at BJD have a personal relationship with the Lord because of their initial contact with BJD through an outreach team. You make a difference!
2. What
time of the year is best for hosting teams?
Throughout the year. April is a quiet month and if you want to come during the Christmas/New Years season, PLEASE contact us early.
3. What
would be the best size of team? Maximum size number?
Any size, we have lots of housing for big teams as well.
4. What
kinds of ministry can a team expect to be involved at your location?
Teaching English to University students, University campus ministry – friendship evangelism,
Prayer and intercession,
Worship,
High School visitation, one-on-one discipleship, encouraging our students in their walk with the Lord, playing sports with University students to build relationships, help out in our coffee shop and daily activities of the ministry. The key is to be friendly and take the initiative.
5. Is there
any other info we need to know?
BJD is located just down the street from our YWAM Thailand National
Office. We are about 30 minutes from the new airport and 1 hour from Bangkok city center. There are lots of cheap eating places nearby as well as supermarkets.

We are looking
for partners who can financially support the ministry of
Baan
Jai Diaow in several areas:

General needs: ongoing rent and expenses of the student center and facilities.

DTS sponsorships: there are several students who already have the desire to complete a DTS, but lack the finances as they come from poor, rural families.

Building projects: we are in need of financial help for different urgent repair work and renovation.

Other needs: musical equipment for our Tuesday night worship service, finances for our local student evangelism outreach teams, brochures/flyers, booklets.
